Design and Styling
When it comes to driver functionality and aerodynamics, there is nothing that can beat the Ferrari 458 Italia in its time period. The car is said to stun even the most experienced racing drivers and supercar enthusiasts alike. With its advanced and modified chassis and light yet rigid bodywork, the car is designed to offer functionality and ergonomics in the best possible manner.
Interior Highlights
Lightweight and compactness are prevalent in the chassis design. The upgraded chassis has a modular touch to it which combines high-resistance aluminum extrusions with a traditional aluminum framework. A team of aviation experts overlooked certain crucial aspects of the manufacturing process such as the heat-forming process. Consequently, the Ferrari 458 Italia's chassis framework is extremely light, to aid the driver in smoother performance and easy handling. Moreover, the torsional rigidity and beam stiffness are increased up to 15 percent and 5 percent respectively – as compared to the F430.
Engine and Performance
Ferrari has won multiple performance and power rewards for the naturally aspirated V8 engine use in this car model. The V8 engine generates a maximum power of about 570 cv and revs at top speeds of more than 325 km/h.
